Gestair Flying Academy, Gestair Group's flight training organisation with bases in Spain, Portugal and Italy, will hold an Open Day on Saturday 17th July 2010 at its facilities in Cuatro Vientos in Madrid/Spain.

During the day, which will begin at 10:00am with an opening session held by the General Manager, Leonardo Falcó, visitors can fly the simulator ALSIM 172 FNTP-I and simulate the flight of an Airbus 320. 

Furthermore, attendees can get first hand knowledge about the Cessna 172 NAV III airplanes equipped with the latest advances in avionics and Glass Cockpit(Garmin 1000), technology that is used in the aircraft of major airlines.

With this initiative, Gestair Flying Academy wants to present the contents of the next course which will begin in September 2010 with changes in content and structure, and inform about the training methods - focussed on employability of the student - with the technology and knowledge that the major airlines require their pilots today.
