Gestair, Authorised by AESA for Landings in Low Visibility Conditions in its Fleet Cessna Citation XLS+

Gestair is now authorised by AESA for its fleet Cessna Citation XLS+ to be able to carry out landing operations in low visibility conditions in airports that have the appropriate equipment. The company, which is always looking for operative improvements in its fleet, already had this type of authorisation for Global Express XLS/6000 and Gulfstream 550/200 aircraft.
In order to obtain this type of approvals, the crews of the company have had to go through tailored training and the aircraft has had to comply with a demanding maintenance programme and also have specific navigation equipment.
This approval will allow, in the future, clients of Gestair to be able to land in any airports which are in more reduced visibility conditions and have the required equipment, with total security and bringing passengers as close as possible to their final destination.
