This is why, in its Quality and Compliance Monitoring department, it has a team of auditors with experience in all fields of the aeronautical operation: commercial air operators (AOC, for passengers or cargo), airworthiness (CAMO), maintenance centres (Part-145), training centres (ATO and Part-147), private operators (NCC), handling suppliers, etc. 

This department offers the following services within the company and to other corporations in need, completely adapting to the requirements and objectives of each organisation. The aim of all actions, in addition to complying with the regulations, is to improve the safety and optimization of processes: 

• Independent audits and inspections, on the whole organisation, on determined areas or on subcontracted organisations.
• Regular audits of the quality or compliance monitoring system, by auditors outside the organisation.
• Preparation of manuals of the organisation or adapting manuals to changes in the regulations, such as the new Part-CAMO or establishing SMS systems.
• Integrated management system, including compliance monitoring and safety management, for small organisations and aircrafts with private operations (NCC).
• Comprehensive assessment of an organisation or a department in order to identify needs for improvement in processes or procedures.
• Advice and support to obtain new quality approvals or certificates.
• Training in regulations, audit techniques, SMS and other fields.
