The Gestair Group's Environmental Performance 2022 stands out for the good evolution of the organization's environmental performance.

The Gestair Group has carried out an analysis and evaluation of the environmental processes applied during the year 2022 by means of indicators that periodically report on the good evolution of the organization's environmental performance.

The responsibility that the Group has assumed to help curb climate change has prompted it to integrate improvement objectives and actions into its daily activities in order to reduce the negative impact of certain factors on its most significant environmental aspects.

Through the Environmental Management System and in compliance with its objectives, projects such as the Horizon Program for offsetting emissions for flights marketed and operated by Gestair Aviation have been implemented in the Group's companies. With great acceptance by customers, this project has offset a total of 22,668.59 tn of CO2 out of a total annual emissions of 32,521 tn of CO2 in 2022.

Another initiative undertaken is the EFB Project (Electronic Flight Bag), which replaces manuals and in-flight documentation with IPADs. This project has resulted in savings in raw materials and a 69% reduction in paper copies during 2022 compared to the previous period, within the flight dispatch activity.

On the other hand, in Gestair MRO, thanks to the actions marked as an opportunity for improvement, it is worth highlighting the improvement in environmental management and the good results with respect to savings in the consumption of natural resources compared to 2021. Data supported by a 38% reduction in gas consumption in 2022, an 82% reduction in the consumption of confidential paper, a 38% reduction in emissions associated with gas consumption and a 23% reduction in aircraft fuel mixture waste.

The Gestair Group is already working to continue advancing in these and new projects that represent progress towards a more sustainable horizon.
