Gestair Group obtains ISO 14001:2015 Certification

The Gestair Group has obtained the ISO 14001:2015 Certification, valid until December 2024. This certification, issued by the independent auditing company SGS, accredits not only the compliance of the Gestair group's environmental management system with the requirements of this international standard, but also the firm commitment of all the companies that make up the group to the principles of protection and respect for the environment.

Compliance with the ISO 14001:2015 standard demonstrates, therefore, that the Gestair group assumes its responsibility in the management of environmental risks associated with the activities of each company in the group and helps it to take a step further to continue advancing in favor of its customers and the market, always seeking excellence in the 360º of aeronautical services it offers to third parties.

The scope of the certification covers, among others, the following activities of the group: passenger air transport, corporate operation and management, aircraft line maintenance, flight dispatch, logistics services, aircraft and components maintenance...

Among the specific actions undertaken in application of its environmental management system, the companies have optimized their energy costs by implementing a program for the efficient use of resources, and Gestair Aviation has implemented the Horizon program for offsetting emissions on all the flights it sells.
