Gestair is now authorised by AESA for its fleet to be able to operate and fly in NAT HLA – North Atlantic High Level Airspace. On 1 February phase 2C of the Data Link Mandate, former MNPS Operational Approval, came into force, due to which all manuals and procedures of the operators and users of the North Atlantic High Level Airspace must be adapted to the new navigation, communication and surveillance requirements of flights in order to be able to fly in this airspace.
The company, always devoted to strictly obeying the new regulations and procedures of the aeronautical authorities, now has authorisation from AESA for the new NAT HLA operational approval and for fleet to be able to operate and fly without restrictions.
