Gestair MRO Closes 2019 with an Increase of 20% in its Volume of Work

Gestair MRO has closed 2019 with a total of 50,000 man-hours worked in maintenance of aircraft according to the different scope models approved in the Part 145 workshop of the company: Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna, Dassault, A310, etc. This leads to an increase of around 20% with respect to the 2018 period.

With regard to scope of work, it is worth pointing out the large volume of type “C” inspections, modifications to avionics and structure as well as implemented engineering solutions, in order to offer the most suitable technical solution for the requirements of its clients.

• 3 2C inspections (F900B), 1 2C inspection (Airbus A310), and several 12C/8C inspections (Gulfstream G200), among others.
• Modification of the F900B plans for the adaptation of fuel tanks (dry-bay) in accordance with EASA regulations.
• Modernizations of avionics in fleets:
  • F900B and A310 and participation in various programmes of design and updating of ADSB/FANS in commercial aircraft.

In 2020 Gestair MRO will open a new hangar located in the Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport, which will double the available space in m2.

All of this along with its extensive list of training, official approvals and certifications allows it to offer its clients a wide range of services, growing year after year.
